3. Chris Jordan
The first potential bowler to step in for Kyle Jamieson in the IPL 2023 is Chris Jordan. In the shortest version, the England pacer is a regular pacemaker for England. He also took two wickets in four games for Chennai Super Kings during the previous season. The England pacer has CSK in 28 games so far in the competition and may select him once more this time. At the IPL auction 2023, he was offered for Rs. 2 crores but went unsold.
2. Adam Milne
Another player that the Chennai Super Kings can choose to replace Jamieson in their lineup is Adam Milne. Milne played last season with the Mumbai Indians. In the one game he played, he failed to record a wicket. He has participated in 10 IPL games overall, taking 7 wickets at an average of 46.71. At the IPL 2023 auction, Milne’s base price of Rs. 2 crore was unclaimed.
1. Sandeep Sharma
Another player who could step in for Jamieson in the CSK lineup is Sandeep Sharma. From the 2013 season, Sharma has participated in the IPL. He wasn’t purchased in the 2023 auction, despite having a base price of Rs. 50 lakh. In 104 IPL games, the right-arm bowler has taken 114 wickets at an average of 26.33 and an economy of 7.77. He has IPL experience, which will undoubtedly benefit CSK’s bowling.
